I read an article a few weeks ago that I just cannot help but share with all of you. The article is about an 83 years of age, grandmother. She is a great inspiration to me and perhaps she will be to you too.
She has been teaching yoga longer than I have been alive and she is still going strong and has no plans of slowing down. She doesn’t need to because her yoga practice keeps her young, strong, balanced and flexible.
This is what I aspire to as I enter the HOT yoga room everyday. I’ve come a long way in all the years I’ve practiced and I know that in the years to come I will only improve and so can you. It is never too late to begin your yoga practice.
