A distinct approach to suspension-supported bodywork grounded in presence, support, and relational contact.

I am a licensed massage therapist, bodywork practitioner, and educator based in Atlanta and the originator of Aerial Resonance Therapy™.

I have presented Internationally, at the World Massage Championship over multiple years, earning Gold in the Wellness category and Bronze overall in 2024 for this original suspension-based work.

I also participated in the inaugural American Massage Championship in 2022, where I introduced and presented overhead-supported barefoot Ashiatsu in a championship setting, earning Gold in Western Freestyle and Silver overall.

This work has been developed over years of clinical, hands-on practice, exploration, and lived experience. It did not emerge from a single technique or existing system, but through a process of listening to the body, to the nervous system, and to the subtle relationship that forms through touch, support, and presence.

Aerial Resonance Therapy™ is a suspension-supported bodywork approach that integrates grounded therapeutic contact with the experience of being held in space. It utilizes aerial apparatus as a means of support, but it is not defined by the apparatus or by performance-based movement. It is a professional discipline centered on awareness, relational attunement, and the body’s capacity to reorganize when given the right conditions.

At its core, this work explores:

  • nervous system regulation through support and pacing
  • listening through contact rather than applying force
  • the therapeutic use of suspension to create safety, spaciousness, and internal awareness
  • practitioner presence as an active component of care

Over time, I have observed how this approach allows for a different kind of experience, one that many people describe as a quiet reconnection with themselves.

As this work continues to evolve, I am beginning to establish a more structured pathway for learning and professional application. This includes introductory training, mentorship, and a longer-term process of integration for those who feel called to engage with it more deeply.

I share this to clearly name the work, its origin, and its direction.

Aerial Resonance Therapy™ is a suspension-supported, hands-on bodywork approach that works with the nervous system, internal awareness, and supported contact utilizing external support to reduce effort and allow the body to reorganize through touch, movement, and perceptual awareness.

It is not simply massage performed with aerial apparatus.

It is a different way of working with the body, one that emphasizes presence, listening, and how support is experienced.

Aerial Resonance Therapy™ integrates:

  • Supported positioning through suspension
  • Grounded, intentional touch
  • Awareness of the nervous system
  • Practitioner presence and listening through contact

Sessions are often experienced as slow, spacious, and deeply supportive.

  • Not aerial yoga
  • Not performance-based movement
  • Not a sequence of techniques performed in the air
  • Not a replacement for medical or psychological care

This work is not about what is done to the body, but how the body is supported and responded to.

Clients often describe:

  • A distinct sense of being held or supported in a different way
  • Increased internal awareness
  • A shift in how the body organizes itself
  • Deep rest or nervous system regulation

Each session is individualized and responsive rather than routine.

Aerial Resonance Therapy™ is taught as a structured, mentorship-based pathway.

It is not a “weekend certification.”
Professional application is developed over time through guided practice, integration, and demonstrated readiness.
